Driven by a cross-border consortium of partner organizations from Romania, Bulgaria, Turkey, Georgia, and Armenia, this initiative successfully built a comprehensive ecosystem of modern educational tools designed specifically for Generation Z.     The course covers crucial topics such as understanding Gen Z traits, creative conflict resolution, and the core principles of Game-Based Learning (GBL). Upon reading the interactive materials and passing the integrated evaluation quizzes, participants receive an official certificate validating their new competencies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
