Intensive energy-saving Training
Project Summary
Intensive energy-saving Training
Intensive Energy Saving Training is a project dedicated to increasing ecological awareness and promoting energy-saving behaviors among young people aged 18 to 30. Our goal is to empower youth to become active contributors in addressing the energy crisis through non-formal education and the development of practical skills to combat climate change in daily life.
We use interactive educational materials, workshops, and expert-led sessions to enhance the quality and innovation of youth work. These activities not only deepen participants’ understanding of energy-related issues but also encourage initiative, engagement, and solidarity among young people.
Inclusivity is a core value of the project, ensuring participation from individuals facing economic, geographic, or social barriers, as well as people with disabilities.
1. Workshops for Ecological Competences: The project will conduct workshops focused on improving ecological competences. These workshops will target young individuals interested in learning about environmental protection and sustainable practices. 2. 5-Day Mobilities to Partner Countries: The project will organize 5-day mobilities to partner countries, providing participants with the opportunity to explore ecological initiatives and practices abroad. 3. Visits to Energy Producing Plants: The project will facilitate visits to energy-producing plants, giving participants valuable insights into renewable energy sources and energy-saving technologies. 4. Meetings with Experts: Experts in the field of ecology will be engaged to share their knowledge and experiences with the participants, providing valuable guidance and inspiration. 5. Creation of Digital Platform: A digital platform will be developed, featuring interactive materials related to ecology. This platform will serve as a database of educational resources accessible to participants and the public. 6. E-Learning Course: An e-learning course will be developed to support learning in the field of environmental protection. The course will be available in multiple languages to cater to a diverse audience. 7. Dissemination through Social Campaign: The project will be promoted and its results disseminated through a social campaign in Poland and partner countries. This campaign aims to raise awareness about ecological issues and the importance of environmental protection. Expected Results: 1. Increased Ecological Competences: The project targets to enhance the ecological competences of at least 5,000 people, empowering them to become environmentally conscious individuals. 2. Educational Resources: The project will create an e-learning course, an interactive guide, and scenarios for classes and workshops related to ecology and energy saving. These resources will be available in five languages to facilitate global outreach. 3. Digital Platform: The digital platform will be established as a centralized hub of educational materials, providing easy access to valuable ecological content. 4. Workshop Implementation: The project plans to conduct 120 hours of workshops with 160 participants, fostering interactive learning experiences on environmental topics. Overall, this project aspires to contribute significantly to environmental awareness and action by equipping individuals with the knowledge and tools needed to protect and sustain the planet. Through collaborative efforts and innovative resources, the project aims to make a positive impact in Poland and partner countries, promoting a greener and more sustainable future for all.

Project Educational Platform
|
A central outcome of the project is the development of a modern, interactive e-learning platform designed to support engaging, flexible, and accessible learning. Link of the platform: https://aplikacja-itoe.glide.page/dl/efe9f4 The platform offers a comprehensive range of educational tools, including:
These resources work together to provide an enriching and motivating learning experience. The platform’s intuitive navigation and progress tracking features make it easy for users to learn at their own pace and revisit content as needed. The educational games are a particularly engaging component. Hosted on Kahoot, they combine learning with fun and competition. Through dynamic quizzes and knowledge-based challenges, users can test what they’ve learned, strengthen their understanding, and stay motivated. These games are accessible online, suitable for both individual and group use, and adaptable to various skill levels.

Mobility of Youth in Costinesti, Romania 8-14.09.2025
A key highlight of the project is the international mobility taking place from 8–14 September in Costinești, Romania. This activity brings together 40 young participants for a week of hands-on learning and exchange focused on energy consumption, sustainability, and climate change.
Participants engage in interactive workshops and discussions while also taking part in on-site visits to two major energy facilities:
The Cogealac–Fântânele Wind Farm, one of the largest onshore wind farms in Europe, where they explore renewable energy production and learn about wind power’s role in reducing carbon emissions.
The Cernavodă Nuclear Power Plant, where they gain insight into nuclear energy’s contribution to sustainable development, energy security, and climate change mitigation.
These visits offer valuable real-world context, helping participants understand how large-scale energy systems operate and how clean energy technologies support the transition to a more sustainable future.

In today’s context, energy efficiency is a vital response to environmental, health, and economic challenges. Reducing energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions helps protect ecosystems, supports public well-being, and promotes energy equity by making services more accessible and affordable for vulnerable communities.
The project also highlights the power of individual action. Our inspirational guide, “Start with Yourself,” provides practical tools and exercises for self-development, encouraging young people to align their personal values with sustainable behavior and realize that meaningful change begins with personal responsibility.
By combining modern technology, high-quality educational content, and an inclusive approach, Intensive Energy Saving Training equips young people with the knowledge, tools, and motivation they need to take action for a more energy-conscious and sustainable future.
