Next Generation of Entrepreneurs
NGOE will aim to develop entrepreneurial skills among young people aged 15-19, currently enrolled in secondary schools. To this end, the consortium of partners will develop an innovative non-formal entrepreneurial pedagogical program using digital tools. Hence, NGOE will:
– Foster entrepreneurial initiatives among young people by developing their entrepreneurial skills through an innovative non-formal pedagogical methodology;
– Develop entrepreneurial skills using new ICT tools: development of new learning methods and integration of digital technologies in learning and teaching;
– Develop the necessary tools based on a human-centred design approach, taking into account the needs, desires, limitations and environment of the individual.

Project Activities
-Five Project PRs:
- The Entrepreneurial Skills framework (PR1) – will specify the skills to be fostered for urging entrepreneurship among young people; will provide a thorough analysis on the main topic of entrepreneurial skills
- Entrepreneurial curricula: Pedagogical methodology approach (PR2). Partners will benchmark the various existing teaching methodologies identified in the needs analysis, choosing one which will be the best suitable to develop entrepreneurial skills identified in PR1. So, in the PR2 will be detailed the pedagogical methodology approach that will be used by partners for the realization of Online Toolkit (PR4) and for the entire NGOE project.
- The Skills Evaluation Model (PR3) will provide information on the evaluation methodology and the tools to adopt for assessing entrepreneurial skills within the scope of the NGOE project.So, partners with the PR3 will create an assessment process that matches the spirit of the pedagogical methodology (PR2) selected for NGOE.
- The Online Toolkit for young people (PR4) will be accessible through the online platform (which will be developed as part of PR4) and provide all the materials and necessary tools (both ICT and non-ICT tools), to promote entrepreneurship among young people. The PR4 will include a number of different e-learning units for young people, corresponding to the stages of NGOE methodology (PR2). The PR4 also go through a pilot testing that will take form of a blended mobility (C1).
- The Youth Workers Implementation Guide (PR5) an educational resource for youth workers that will describe them step by step how to use/implement the NGOE educational programme and so all PRs developed when working with young people. To this purpose, it will be realized a training event for youth workers (C2).
-Six project transnational meetings.
-Blended mobility BM (C1) for young people in Estonia.
-Training event for youth workers (C2) in Spain.
-Ten multiplier events.

The direct target groups of NGOE will be young people aged 15-19 enrolled in secondary school secondly, youth workers, who need to integrate new skills and tools into their entrepreneurship teaching to support young people at a younger age before they finish their studies and so contribute to their decision to become entrepreneurs.
